Coffee or Tea Daily May Reduce Heart Disease risk

A study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association found that people who consume between two-four cups of coffee or tea daily reduced their cardiac disease risk by 20%

People who drank more than six cups a day cut the risk by one-third, this BBC story says.

This study ran 13 years and included a study population of 40,000 individuals.

“It adds to a growing body of evidence suggesting health benefits from the most popular hot drinks.
