“Special masters in the federal “vaccine court” have reiterated that there is no evidence supporting a causal link between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism.

“In three more rulings issued Friday, masters appointed to hear vaccine cases in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims denied assertions from the parents of autistic children that measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccines caused the disorder.

The court oversees a federal program that compensates individuals who suffer adverse reactions to vaccines and was set up to insulate vaccine manufacturers from product liability suits.“(Emphasis added)

…”Thousands more such claims are pending in the court, but the six adjudicated last year and this week were considered test cases. With their failure, the pending cases are now more likely to be withdrawn or dismissed.

The Coalition for Vaccine Safety, which has advocated the existence of a causal link between vaccines and autism, issued a statement condemning the rulings.” (Emphasis added)
