Four Health Habits May Reduce Four Killer Diseases by 80%

Here is one more study, among many, which shows fourĀ  simple ways to prevent four killer diseases: diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

“…. four lifestyle factors — (1) never smoking (2) BMI under 30 (3) exercise, and (4) following a healthy diet — were associated with almost an 80% decreased risk of chronic diseases including diabetes, stroke, myocardial infarction, and cancer.” (Numerical listing added)
